Any information submitted as part of an event registration will only be seen by the staff members who manage the event. This information is only used for planning the event logistics. E-mail addresses submitted to the website may be used by the eventís coordinators to contact registrants in the event of a schedule change. E-mail addresses and other personal information will never be shared with any third party.


Training records and transcripts are tracked as part of this system. Supervisors and Program Administrators may view this information in the course of their job duties. This information may also be viewed by members of the system's Helpdesk if necessary during troubleshooting.


Any feedback submitted will only be seen by the staff members who manage the event in an aggregate form. The record of your feedback does not contain any identifying information about you, unless you have explicitly identified yourself in your responses. This information is only used to plan future similar events. Your responses will never be shared with any third party.
